Cancellation / No Show Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. A credit card on file is required for booking reservations on all services. A cancellation fee will be applied if you no-show your scheduled appointment or if you do not request for change of service date within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is a non refundable 100% charge of the service upon making an appointment.
Late Policy
In order to respect your time slot and all other clients time we have a strict 15 minute grace period . If you are past this time and the full service can not be done we will accommodate what we can for you. If we can not see you this will be marked as a missed appointment and a full service charge will be applied .
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on product sale items or gift cards. We do not refund hair services if you are unhappy with a result within 5 days of your service we will fix it free or charge , anything past 5 days is a regular service charge.
