24 Hour Cancellation Policy.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy means that we value your time and ours. When you book an appointment with us, we
reserve a dedicated time slot and assign a highly skilled stylist to serve you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
Why We Require a Credit Card on File.
To honor our commitment to both our clients and our team, we require a valid credit card on file when booking an appointment. The credit card on file is a way to secure your appointment and ensure clients who want our services have access to available slots.
Any No-Shows or Cancelation within 24 Hours of the Appointment Time Will Be Charged for the Full Service.

We Require a Deposit for All Color, Extension and Hair Cut Appointments.
