Thank you for shopping with Lahh Salon! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):

  • 0 - 1 lb: $7.95
  • 1 - 3 lbs: $9.95
  • 3 - 5 lbs: $12.95
  • 5 - 10 lbs: $15.95
  • Over 10 lbs: Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping (2-3 business days):

  • 0 - 1 lb: $15.95
  • 1 - 3 lbs: $18.95
  • 3 - 5 lbs: $22.95
  • 5 - 10 lbs: $28.95
  • Over 10 lbs: Calculated at checkout

Next Day Shipping (1-2 business days):

  • 0 - 1 lb: $29.95
  • 1 - 3 lbs: $35.95
  • 3 - 5 lbs: $42.95
  • 5 - 10 lbs: $49.95
  • Over 10 lbs: Calculated at checkout

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (continental US only)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase. Final shipping costs are calculated based on actual package weight and destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination country at checkout. Please allow 7-21 business days for international delivery.

Important for International Orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight and destination
  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Lahh Salon is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
  • Some products may be restricted from international shipping

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and select international countries.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for Express or Next Day shipping methods
  • APO/FPO addresses for Next Day shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order status anytime by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Contacting us at orders@lahhsalon.com

Missing or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasionally packages may be delayed or lost in transit.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Verify your shipping address is correct
  3. Check with neighbors or building management
  4. Contact us at orders@lahhsalon.com if the package is still missing after 10 business days from the ship date

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at orders@lahhsalon.com
  3. Include your order number and photos
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@lahhsalon.com. We can only modify addresses if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery before holidays. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
